ABOUT THE MEALS WE PROVIDE
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our meals meet the nutritional guidelines set forth in the Older Americans Act<\/a>. The Older Americans Act provides that all meals come with one-third\u00a0of the daily nutrients of protein, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Calcium, and whole grains. Just as important, our meals come with a daily safety check and a friendly face.<\/p>\n

INTERESTED IN SIGNING UP FOR MEALS?<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you would like to sign up for our program, and are over 60, please call the Central VT Council on Aging @ (802)476-2644. If you are under 60 please call the Vermont Center for Independent Living @ (802) 229-0501. The process should take 15-20 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n
