Volunteer With Meals on Wheels of Central Vermont

Our volunteers deliver more than meals — they deliver connection, reassurance, and care to neighbors across Central Vermont.

Why Volunteers Matter

Volunteers are the heart of Meals on Wheels. Whether delivering meals, helping in the kitchen, or supporting behind the scenes, volunteers make it possible for older adults and neighbors with disabilities to remain safe, nourished, and independent in their homes.

Many of our clients live alone, and a friendly visit from a volunteer can be the highlight of their day.
